Astarc Infrastructure is an asset – rich company with investments in unlocked land banks.The company is planning to set up an integrated township in Mumbai (Mumbai Metropolitan Region – MMR). and develop satellite clusters, and various satellite developments in Pune, Hubli -Dharwad, next to recently sanctioned IIT Dharwad.

For the proposed Technology Park, supported by Karnataka Government, on privately owned Land by Astarc Infrastructure in Hubli/Dharwad, the company plans to develop the land for technological clusters for companies across different industries from countries like China, South Korea, Taiwan, Japan, UK, Finland etc.This broader aim is to provide incentives for foreign companies to set up technology related businesses, bringing in foreign investment for the state and providing easy and liberal environment for business to prosper.

The tech park aims to cater to the industries such as high technological parks, Start-up incubators, Logistics / warehouse for support to tech clusters, Training centers, Research & Development Centers
